Opened in October of 2013, The Sparklings invites you to experience a new genre of modern dining. The goal was to create an upscale dining environment with a local price tag in mind. Whether it is introducing never before seen dishes or innovating on popular staples, our commitment has always been and will always be to bring diversity in flavours and dishes to the Las Vegas community. Las Vegas has and will always be the hub for locals and travellers from around the world to share and discover different cultures, tastes, and experiences.
The full bar within The Sparklings was created to provide for those who seek a bar without the smoking and video poker that is typical to local bars in Las Vegas. The full bar offers the perfect atmosphere for relaxing, socializing, and getting your hand crafted cocktails.
With a generous and gorgeous floorspace, The Sparklings has expanded to host events such as wedding receptions and baby showers. We understand the importance of every event and how much they matter to our clients. Therefore, we strive to provide the best environment and staff to make every event memorable and count.
